The film follows DeVaughn, a 15-year-old from New York City, on a weekend camping trip with Camping to Connect, a BIPOC-led outdoor mentorship program I co-founded. As DeVaughn and a group of young men of color navigate the unfamiliar terrain of the woods — a space historically inaccessible to them — we witness what becomes possible when young people are given permission to be still, be seen, and be held by nature and brotherhood.

The Forgotten Occupation: Jim Crow Goes to Haiti — not only exposes the downsides of U.S. intervention in Haiti but also questions the “love affair” certain Haitian members had over perceived U.S. stability over the Caribbean country's political and economic instability. Through a letter to his grandfather, Haitian filmmaker, Alain Martin revisits the U.S. occupation of Haiti and its enduring legacy of racial violence.

Peanut Headz: Black History Toonz is a short form animated series that celebrates Black history in a vibrant and engaging way. Each episode highlights real life Black icons and moments that shaped our world. The series has been selected by multiple film festivals and has received national recognition for its impact on youth and community empowerment. The Jackie Robinson episode won the NAACP Image Award for best animation episode in 2025. The series was also nominated for the 53rd NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Animated Series, and has screened internationally in London, Peru, Poland, and at the Kenya International Sports Film Festival.
