This club will be reading "Sula" by Toni Morrison and will discuss the decisions to either conform to social norms or not. Which of these two paths leads to true personal freedom? Ticket price includes 1 copy of the book, 5 meetings, and 1 seat on the Ride, Remember and Discover bus tour, riding through Delray Beach's historic districts. Discussions will be led by Khaulah Nuruddin. Khaulah Naima Nuruddin, originally from Milwaukee, WI, received her BFA from University of South Florida then continued her studies at Florida Atlantic University, where she earned her MFA. Nuruddin’s work uses symbolic imagery and anthropomorphized objects to explore the sensitivities of emotionally charged human interaction.
